: While our ten years together did not end well in the early 2000's, I never stopped loving Nate, so his suicide a couple of weeks ago has left me pretty devastated. In fact I just got out of the ICU because my heart began to act up again.
: In our time together, eight years of the relationship were magnificent. He embodied some of the finest free-spirit qualities of long haired men and I loved him even more for this. he helped me to free myself.
: My debt to him can never be repaid because he led me, though intentionally or not, to a very happy life in my 40's.
